Designation of origin:Costers del Segre.
Grapes:100% Macabeo
Recommended pairing:Fat ham, foie, rice with fish, seafood, raw fish, greasy cheeses, tapas and snacks.
Elaboration: Manual harvests of centuries-old vineyards. Press and subsequent fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aged on lees for 4 months.
Serving temperature: 8 degrees.
Tasting note
Lemon yellow wine, with golden reflections. The nose has aromas of white fruit, especially apple and pear, with slight floral notes and light vegetable notes. In the mouth it has a good entry, it is unctuous, with an acidity that makes it cheerful. It is aromatic, expressive, and with a slightly bitter finish that prolongs its persistence.

Elaboration: Manual harvests. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Maceration for about 10 days. Maturation in stainless steel tanks.
Serving temperature: 13 degrees.

Purple red wine, with little layer, aromas of very intense red fruit, strawberry, cherry and floral notes.
In the mouth it is light and pleasant due to its youth. It is a round wine with good acidity.
Not Blau
Designation of origin:Costers del Segre.
Grapes:100% Merlot
Recommended pairing:Chicken, salads, sausages, rice with meat, risottos, semi-cured cheeses, pies, sushi, tapas, snacks, pasta and vegetable omelettes.
Elaboració: Es fermenta en dipòsits d’acer inoxidable a una temperatura controlada. Maceration for about 10 days. Maturation in stainless steel tanks.
Serving temperature: 13 degrees.

Grapes:Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Recommended pairing: Grilled meats, sausages, cured cheeses, mushrooms, bolognese lasagna, rice with meat, burger, steak tartare and duck breast.
Elaboration: Manual harvests. They are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. 10-day maceration.
After the malo-lactic fermentation, 1/3 of the liters are transferred to French oak barrels for 8 months and then blended with the remaining liters.
Serving temperature:14-16 degrees.
Tasting note
Classic Costers del Segre from Celler Petit Duran. Purple red wine, clean and bright. With aromas of red fruit, high intensity cherry. Balsamic, with notes of licorice, spicy touches.
In the mouth it is persistent, generous, with remarkable character and depth.

Cherry wine, aromas of black forest fruit, plum jam and blackberries.
In the mouth it is kind, polished, intense, expressive, long and persistent. With mentholated, balsamic notes, tones of pepper, tobacco and coffee and with tannins that give it depth and character.
